The player’s party consists of up to five characters, which may be added or removed at their discretion throughout the game. The game uses a non-linear storyline, and symbols can travel the world regardless of the primary plot. In addition to distinct primary storylines, each character has a different (optional) starting class that can be modified throughout the game.
